Nestled in the village-like urban neighbourhood of Potts Point, our heritage property dates back to 1929. This sought-after area, located on the edge of Sydney Harbour, is home to renowned cafes, restaurants, and bars, making it a fantastic destination for food lovers. Independent boutiques, vintage stores, and the vibrant Saturday local market add to the charm of this unique neighbourhood.

Limited Front Desk Hours – Seamless Self-Check-In
Please note that our front desk operates with limited hours during the day, and check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
If you arrive outside of front desk hours – we’ll have your key securely stored in a lockbox by the front door.
Our team is always available via phone or messaging apps should you need any assistance.

We offer three room types,accessible via a central staircase (please note, there is no elevator):

King and Twin rooms – Ideal for couples or friends, featuring a private ensuite.
Single room – Perfect for solo travellers, with a shared bathroom.
Rooms are serviced weekly, ensuring a comfortable, fuss-free stay.

The Maisonette first welcomed guests in 1929, an era when the Sydney Harbour Bridge was under construction, marking Sydney’s rise as an international travel destination. Our rooms are styled to reflect elements of this rich history while offering modern comfort.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

The property is located in a building with no elevator.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Budget Single Room with Shared Bathroom. Compact, comfortable, and full of vintage charm, this 6 m² room is perfect for solo travellers seeking an affordable stay in the heart of Sydney. It features a single bed, shared bathroom access, free Wi-Fi, a work desk, basin, tea and coffee facilities, refrigerator, hairdryer, and air-conditioningheating. Access to our rooms is via a central staircase. Check-in is from 2:00 pm, either with our friendly front desk team or via a secure lockbox. As hours vary, please confirm your arrival time. A mini service is provided every second day. Just a short walk from Kings Cross Station and Sydney Harbour this cosy room offers comfort, convenience, and great value. ;
Twin Room with Private Bathroom. This room offers 2 single beds with a private bathroom and features television, a work desk, teacoffee facilities and heater or cooling unit. Our front desk is available to check you in during the day personally. If you are arriving in the evening, please let our front desk team know so we can arrange after-hours check-in. Daily room service is not provided for stays less than five days. ;
Superior King Room with Private Bathroom. Our Superior King Rooms have a lovely outlook. They feature private bathroom, television, work desk, teacoffee facilities, refrigerator and heat or cooling unit. Our front desk is available to check you in during the day personally. If you are arriving in the evening, please let our front desk team know so we can arrange after-hours check-in. Daily room service is not provided for stays less than five days. ;
Triple Room with Private Bathroom. Offering 3 single beds this room is an affordable option for 3 people travelling together.
