The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

In the winter ski season, the property does not have any on-site parking, due to resort regulations. When checking in, please park in the 30-minute loading zone out the front of The General and during your check-in process staff will show youthe overnight long stay parking is located, about 1.5 km down the road.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

You can catch the free village shuttle bus back to The General. Free village bus only operates in winter.
