For reservations under the same name and dates, which exceed 5 rooms or comprise more than 10 people, or extend beyond 14 days, our Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy will apply, regardless of the selected rate upon booking.

A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the booking. We will notify the guest prior to charging the credit card provided. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining 50% of the booking must be settled at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date and is also non-refundable.

We will charge this remaining amount to the credit card provided 15 days in advance. In the event of non-payment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Upon check-inguests are required to present a government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, national ID or driving license) along with the credit card used for booking under the same name. Please note that guests staying in dormitories must be 18 years of age or older.

Towel rental is available at 6 AUD for guests staying in community rooms.
