It is 17 km from Melbournes city center. Please note that none of our apartments face the beach.

Studio Apartment. Please note that our lovely Studio rooms almost always do NOT have a balcony and requests for the limited rooms with balcony will attract a daily surcharge due to demand. This studio features a kitchenette, a flat-screen TV and a work desk. There are no sofas or lounge chairs in these apartments. There are mostly one Queen bed in these Studios, but 2 single beds can be provided with 24 hour notice. No additional bedding can be added. ;
One-Bedroom Apartment. This apartment has air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and both a bedroom and a living area. The bathroom comes with a bath and a shower. ;
Two-Bedroom Apartment. Our Two Bedroom Apartment is aof interconnecting Studio Executives giving a large space in both rooms, with 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchenettes. Bedding can be 2 x king bed or 1 king and 2 single Beds, with 24 hour notice of bedding requests. ;
Standard Queen Room. Please note that our comfortable and compact Standard rooms do NOT have a balcony and no kitchenette. There is a Queen bed option only in these rooms. No additional bedding can be added and it is suitable for up to 2 people only. This hotel style room features tea and coffee making facilities, a flat-screen TV and a work desk. There are no sofas or lounge chairs in these apartments. ;
Three-Bedroom Villa. Please note these apartments are located at 349 South Road, Brighton East, VIC 3187. Keys must be picked up at 250 Esplanade, Brighton, VIC 3186.
