5. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking is fine — please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. A minimum $300 fee applies if smoking occurs indoors.

7. The home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests (including children). Your booking must reflect the number of guests staying.

Inside the living area, the property is equipped with a Minut sensor that monitors the environment (noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests enjoy a pleasant stay and neighbours are not disturbed.

15. Linen (sheets, towels, quilts, pillowcases, tea towels, and quilt covers) is provided. Beds are made on arrival (excluding bunks).
16. The host is not responsible for outages or failures of electricity, water, or Wi-Fi. This coastal region can experience intermittent service, and no compensation is provided for external interruptions.
