The chefs daily changing menu is inspired by the natural surroundings of Long Island and the Whitsundays, using the freshest seasonal produce sourced from the Islands own vegetable garden and from nearby surrounding farming regions. Fresh prawns, Moreton Bay bugs and tropical rock lobsters are just some of local delicacies sourced from local fisherman or suppliers.
