Mountain Heritage Hotel - Katoomba

Perched on the edge of a ridge, 300 metres from the heart of Katoomba’s town centre, this 4.5-star hotel offers panoramic views of the World Heritage Blue Mountains. Capturing the essence of the past, Mountain Heritage Hotel offers modern facilities and services.

Guest rooms feature a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, en-suite with shower and either a full-sized bath or spa. Many rooms and suites also have their own romantic real flame fireplace. Each of the 41 guestrooms features high ceilings and bespoke collector furniture crafted from imported British Columbia timbers and paired with stylish soft furnishings embracing the traditions of European country houses. Some rooms feature picturesque mountain views.

The Restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Mountain Heritage offers a bird’s eye view of the historic village of Leura and “Paddy’s Town”, a collection of cottages relocated more than a century ago by an enterprising Irishman from Katoomba’s original mine - now the location of the famous Scenic World tourist attraction.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

The rooms are open plan and include an en-suite bathroom and full bath with shower as well as individually controlled heating and air-conditioning. The windows can be opened for fresh mountain air. Room sizes range from 20 sqm to 31 sqm with Queen or King size bed. This room type does not have views. Please note that the price is based on 2 guests. Room includes large flat screen television Please note that if you book for 3 guest a sofa bed will be available for the 3rd person. ;
Mountain View Room. These rooms provide views overlooking the village and scenic Jamison Valley. The room is open plan with an en-suite bathroom and full bath with shower as well as individually controlled heating and air-conditioning. The windows can be opened for fresh mountain air. Room sizes range from 20 sqm to 28 sqm with a Queen or King size bed. Room includes large flat screen television All rooms are accessible via stairs. Maximum of 2 guests only can be accommodated in this room type ;
Heritage Spa & Fireplace Room. These rooms feature a real flame gas fireplace and en-suite with a corner spa bath and shower over. Also included is a king size bed, desk, and individually controlled heating and air-conditioning. The windows can be opened for fresh mountain air. Room sizes range from 27 sqm to 33 sqm. Heritage Suite. They are spacious and boast a corner spa bath in the en-suite. Also included is individually controlled heating and air-conditioning and windows which open for fresh mountain air.
