All payments must be made by credit card via the payment gateway, Stripe. A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies topayments, including the bond.

Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.

Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AUD 5 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.

If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
