It features an open plan kitchen and dining on the ground floor, which looks out to a private courtyard. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a wall oven, stove top, full size fridgefreezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom. Also located on this floor are 2 living spaces, separate bathroom, toilet and laundry facilities. Upstairs you will find the second and third bedrooms. Please note that there is no off-street parking for this house. Parking is available along Grosvenor St. If you are staying more than 8 nights, the house will be cleaned once per week. The property has a strict No Party Policy. ;
