We have a fantastic Visitor Information Centre that is open 512 days a week, and they are only too happy to assist with any information about Hay, its heritage and surroundings.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

The propertys reception opening hours are from Monday to Saturday: 07:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 7:30 to 18:00.
