Minor Building Works - February 2023 - Weekdays only
The Body Corporate have organised for some minor balcony rectification works to be carried out on a few of the balconies around the building and from time to time there will be some intermittent drilling jackhammering. There is NO scaffolding or structures in place around the building and access for workers will occur via abseiling at the front of the building and for lower levels via a mobile lift platform. Work is only occurring on weekdays between 8am-4pm. We are trying to ensure thatwork is prioritised to be as far away from our holiday guests as possible to minimise any disruption.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
