Paradise Resort Gold Coast is located just minutes from the heart of Surfers Paradise. It features a water-park, lagoon pool and spa, kids club, ice-skating rink, and a range of free activities and live entertainment including a magician, trivia night and character shows.

The resort is surrounded by lush gardens and is close to the beaches and attractions of Surfers Paradise. Limited private parking facilities are available. There is also a convenience store, cafe and bar.

Each of the accommodations is fully air-conditioned and has a balcony. Children under 12 stay at the resort for free.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and a 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.

Guests over 16 years of age must provide proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination upon entry.

From the 5 February 2024 onwards, Paradise Resort will be undergoing an exciting new development. A brand new, adults only Pool Area will be under construction, with expected completion, late to mid 2024. We will also be undertaking renovation of 48 rooms throughout this period. During this time, whilst we are dedicated to minimising the impact to our customers, we would like to advise that some rooms will be facing the construction area and there may be noise. We will be working with tradesman daily and will endeavour to keepmajor works between 8am-5pm, monday-friday. We expectexisting pool, waterpark, bar & restaurant facilities to be fully operational over this time, as well as our fun filled activities and entertainment program.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Resort Room. This room features a balcony, air-conditioning and a bathroom with a hairdryer, bathshower. It also includes a small refrigerator, ironing facilities, teacoffee making facilities and a TV is connected to air channels. There are no cooking or kitchen facilities in room. This room has a capacity for 2 adults and 2 children (0-12 yrs) or 3 adults. Please check extra bed policies. ;
Standard Family Room. The separate bedroom off the main room allows the kids to enjoy their own space and also has a TV. It also includes a balcony and a bathroom with a hairdryer, bathshower. There is also a small refrigerator, ironing facilities, a microwave, toaster, teacoffee making facilities and another TV is connected to air channels. There are no cooking or kitchen facilities in room. Suitable for up to six guests (or seven including an infant), bedding willeither 1 queen and 2 sets of single bunks OR 1 Queen, 2 Singles and 1of single bunks. 1 porta cot can be added for an infant up to 2 years. Featuresan ensuite with a bathtub and shower overhead, microwave, complimentary tea & coffee, balcony with table and chairs, individually controlled air-conditioning and a daily housekeeping service which includes removal of rubbish, fresh towels and your bed freshly made. ;
Interconnecting Room. This room is made up of 2 interconnecting rooms. There is a balcony and a bathroom with a hairdryer, bathshower. There is also a small refrigerator, ironing facilities, teacoffee making facilities and a TV is connected to air channels. There are no cooking or kitchen facilities in room. Capacity for 4 adults and 4 children (0-12 yrs) or 2 adults and up to 6 children. Please check policies. ;
Superior Resort Room. This refurbished room includes a balcony, air-conditioning and a bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower. There is also a small refrigerator, ironing facilities, a microwave, teacoffee making facilities and a flat-screen TV is connected to air channels. There are no cooking or kitchen facilities in room. This room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (0-12yrs) or 3 adults. Please note fees apply for additional extra adult. ;
Superior Resort Room with Aqua View. This refurbished room features a balcony overlooking the centre of the resort and waterpark. It also includes a balcony, air-conditioning and a bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower. There is also a small refrigerator, ironing facilities, a microwave, teacoffee making facilities and a flat-screen TV is connected to air channels. There are no cooking or kitchen facilities in room. The room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (0-12yrs) or 3 adults. Please note fees apply for the extra adult. ;
Budget Double Room. The spacious double room provides a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom featuring a bath and a shower. This double room offers a carpeted floor and a TV. The unit offers 2 beds. ;
Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The twin room provides air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower and a hairdryer. Boasting a balcony, this twin room also features a wardrobe, a carpeted floor and a flat-screen TV. The unit offers 2 beds.
