Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise is a 5-star beachfront accommodation option on the Gold Coast, located directly on The Esplanade.

This brand new designer-inspired 75-storey building named “Ocean” is a new skyline landmark in what is Australia’s premier leisure destination. Given the absolute beachfront location, most suites boast unobstructed views of the beach and the Pacific Ocean.

Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise offers a selection of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom hotel suites as well as two exclusive luxury Penthouse Collection suites. The hotel also features an indoor hotel guest pool, spa and fitness centre. Guests also have access to the onsite cafe and a choice of great dining options within the building precinct.

The convenient beachfront location is further enhanced by the proximity to transport services and nearby destinations. From the light rail, with services every 7 to 15 minutes, to the express train lines, the location ensures ultimate convenience for every travelling guest.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged.

Please note that cash is not accepted at the property.payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for the entire stay and any incidentals is required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Pay or JCB card.

All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Servicewe will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, includinglinen changed once every seven (7) days.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure.

The bond amounts are as follows:
- StudioSuites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100
- Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200
- Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400
- Penthouses: Up to AU $2000

When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies may apply.

New Years Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, PER ROOM. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

The property is not an affiliated Schoolies accommodation and will not accept reservations from guests under 21 years of age at Gold Coast hotels during this period.

The property reserves the right to refuse any booking or evict persons between the ages of 16–21 who are not accompanied by a registered adult guest over the age of 21.

The property also reserves the right to deny entry to anyone deemed to be participating in the Schoolies festival or failing to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
