Budget Two-Bedroom Villa Walk Up - Not Waterfront. This 2-bedroom, freshly painted and refurbished budget villa accommodation, is in a 3 level, walk up building located near the street entrance. It features pool and garden views from the kitchen and balconyliving area, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry. This unit does not have air conditioning however has ceiling fans. Please note, this villa accommodation is not in the waterfront tower and does not have water views. ;
Two-Bedroom Apartment. These spacious apartments feature a private wrap around balcony overlooking the Broadwater, small marina for a neighbouring property, Wavebreak Island, South Stradbroke Island and the coastal strip to the south. The apartments have either a north-east or south-east aspect. ;

Two-Bedroom Apartment - Penthouse. Refurbished in 2016, this apartment has a double sofa bed in a family area for additional guests. The main bathroom has a shower over bath with screen and hand rails. The apartment has spectacular views, a large leather lounge and a curved screen TV in the spacious living area.
