Please be advised that, starting 3 February 2025, and ending mid-May 2025, Boulevard North Holiday Apartments will be installing their second new lift. Any noise associated with the new installation will be restricted to the hours of 8 am to 4 pm, Mondays to Fridays, and is expected only during the first few weeks of the project. The first new lift was completed in December 2024, and this lift will be operational during installation of the second new lift.
The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.
All apartments have at least one air conditioning unit, generally this is positioned in the living room area. Please note thatspecial requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
Please note that this property doeshave any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It doeshave adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school andor university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.

With over 30 self-owned, individually owned and decorated apartments in the letting pool, it ispossible to show every apartment, therefore apartments and decor vary considerably. Apartments cannot be guaranteed until check in and are randomly allocated by the computerised reservations system.
Cleaning, housekeeping or linen and towel change are available for an additional fee. Pool towel rental is also available for an additional fee.
Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
