2 Bed 1 Bath Standard Cottage. Located on the ground level, this cottage has air-conditioning, its own verandah with BBQ facilities covered parking next to the unit. It offers a kitchen, combined, bathroomlaundry, dining and lounge area with TV and DVD player. Please note that bed linen is provided but you must bring your own poolbeach towels. Please note, there is no servicing to this unit, however, it can be arranged the day prior, at an additional charge. Maximum occupancy is 5. ;
2 Bed 1 Bath Chalet. This chalet is on two levels, and features a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Please note, there is no servicing to this unit, however, it can be arranged the day prior, at an additional charge. You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Please note that the bedding configuration is not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival, subject to availability. Maximum occupancy is 6. ;
3 Bed 4 Bath Spa Villa – Garden View. This villa offers 3-bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a spa bath. 1 bedroom is upstairs, with a day bed in the adjoining area and the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. The living area and the fully self-contained kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer arelocated on the ground floor, as is the verandah. Air-conditioning, opening windows, a TV, as well as an upstairs balcony. There is 1 car parking space available next to the villa. Additional parking is available in the resort car park. Please note this villa does not include daily servicing. It is full self-contained. ;
2 Bed 2 Bath Spa Apartment. This air conditioned apartment includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and en suite bathroom fitted with a spa bath. The second bedroom has queen-size bed and en suite bathroom equipped with a spa bath. The kitchenliving area includes a dishwasher, microwave, and a TV. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are also provided. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 4. ;
3 Bed 2 Bath Spa Apartment. This apartment has 3-bedrooms. The master bedroom is beautifully appointed and spacious. It features a king-sized bed, a desk and an open plan en suite bathroom with a spa bath. The adjoining kitchenliving area includes a dining table, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD player and stereo. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a spa bath. The 3rd loft style bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen-sized bed and a single-sized bed but has no bathroom. Opening windows, air-conditioning, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are included. Please note3-bedroom apartments are located on the 1st level with access via stairs only. There is no lift access available. Please note that children under 4 years of age cannot be accommodated in this room type. Please note that the price is based on 6 guests. KingTwin Disability Access Apartment Room. Ideal for guests who do not require a spa and have special access needs or guests who would like a twin configuration. A secure and comfortable bedroom with a king bed which can split to 2 large single beds. A separate bathroom with grab rails, shower, a shower seat, and a toilet. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and is joined to a living area with complementary WiFi, air-conditioning and opening windows. A common entry foyer also includes a washerdryer, iron and ironing board. A dedicated parking bay is next to the apartment room. The apartment is 200 meters from the beach, town shopping centre, arts crafts, galleries & cafes. ;
King Villa Retreat - Spa Ensuite Garden View. This villa features a balcony, private entrance and microwave. This delightful retreat offers a balcony and looksthe trees. Upstairs: balcony off the landing, master bedroom with queen bed, open to the en-suite with shower over corner spa bath, reverse AC and TV. A king-single size daybed on the landing upstairs is suitable for an adult or teenager (note no privacy from the bedroom and situated on the landing directly at the top of the stairs). At ground level the kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, oven and stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Living area with reverse AC is flooded with natural light, bifold doors open onto the small rear deck and outdoor dining BBQ. Some of these Villas have a spare bathroom with walk in shower off the dining nook, available on request and subject to availability (these can be very helpful for guests with mobility issues who do not wish to stepa spa bath to shower). The second bedroom at ground level offers reverse AC + TV, queen bed open to the en-suite with shower over corner spa bath, bar fridge + kettle and direct access to the rear deck.
