Pericoe Retreat - Dubbo

Family Suite. This spacious, luxury air-conditioned suite features a private verandah with views of the countryside and pool. It also has a double stone bath and double shower ensuite and separate livingdining room with a fireplace. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. This suite has an additional adjoining bedroom with queen bed and bathroom which can be used for families who book 4-6 people (maximum 4 adults as the sofa bed in living area is only suitable for children). This suite is part of our traditional Bed & Breakfast homestead. Please advise in advance if you are bringing pets as there is a $15 pet fee per booking. ;
Pericoe Suite (Non Pet-Friendly). The Pericoe Suite is the smallest suite and is16sqm. It has air conditioning and a two-person spa bath and flat-screen TV. Please note pets cannot be accommodated in this suite. This suite is part of our traditional Bed & Breakfast homestead. ;
Studio with Garden View. This pet-friendly room is fully self-contained studio unit with King bed and double sofa bed. Full kitchen, dining table, laundry facilities, outdoor area with BBQ and garden views. Separate from the main Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast is available upon request. Please advise in advance if you are bringing pets as there is a $15 pet fee per booking. ;
Deluxe King Suite. Absolute luxury cottage with complete privacy, separate from the main Bed and Breakfast. Self contained open plan with king size bed overlooking large open fire. Spacious double person stone bath and double walk in shower and separate toilet. Living area also views the fire, has a double sofa bed and enjoys expansive country views. Washing machine is available. Large covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and luxurious outdoor furniture. Undercover parking and use of fire pit, saltwater pool and grass tennis court with lights. Please advise in advance if you are bringing pets as there is a $15 pet fee per booking.
