Fees, Charges and Identification
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card in the name of the Guest in the booking.bookings will be charged to the guests card in full prior to non-cancellation period by booking.com. Cash is not accepted at Wine Country Motor Inn, nor are digital card payments. Any additional payments taken from the Motel may appear on your credit card statement as” Wine Country Motor Inn, Cessnock Leagues Club or Cessnock Hospitality Group” as the payee. There is an additional 1.3% surcharge forcards. Any outstanding money owing at check-out will automatically be charged to your credit card that is supplied at check-in.
The booking must be under the name of the Guest checking in to the Motel. The Guest must provide a current Federal or State Government issued photographic identification on arrival for security purposes. In addition, the Guest must also present a current physical credit card (digital cards are not accepted) which must match the name, in the name of the photographic ID.
All rates featured are for maximum occupancy two (2) people, (Executive Twin is (3) three people). Some room types have a maximum capacity of three (3) guests.
Housekeeping Service
Rooms are serviced daily by housekeeping. This service is limited during specific times and therefore if your DND sign is on the door after 12pm, your room may not get serviced. This service may also be unavailable on Public Holidays, however if this is the case, extra towels and amenities will be supplied.
Arrival information
Early check-in requests are NOT guaranteed. Check-in is from 2pm until close. If you absolutely have the need to occupy your room prior to check-in time, we strongly advise purchasing the extra night prior to your stay to avoid disappointment.
NOTE: Reception is open between 7.00am and 7.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7.00am and 9.00pm FridaySaturday and 7.00am and 5.30pm Sunday. If you are unable to arrive during these hours, it is essential you contact reception prior to closing time on 0249932999. If you do not contact the Motel prior to closing your booking may be forfeited. Check-out is up until 10am.
Your use of the Motel
You agree to use the room in a reasonable manner in accordance with these terms and conditions during your stay and return the room to us at the end of your booking in the similar condition it was on check-in. You further agree to be liable to us for the cost to repair any damage you (or any of your Guests) cause to the property during the stay and any excessive cleaning required, as a result of youyour guest leaving the room (or any part of the property) in an excessively unclean state. You authorise us to take any of these related charges or costs from your credit card supplied in the booking. The costs charged will be the costs we incur.
Fire Policy Agreement
You agree that there is to be NO SMOKING, VAPING OR COOKING in the rooms and also agree to usehair appliances in the bathroom. You also agree not to tamper with any smoke detectors. If you do, a fire alarm may be activated and you may be charged the call out fee from the Fire Brigade in the excess of $1850 and additional to this, a cleaning fee if a deep clean is required.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Executive Queen Room. Features a queen-size bed with a separate lounge area with sofa and a flat screen TV. Also included are teacoffee making facilities and an en suite bathroom with a shower over a bathtub. Free WiFi, parking. This room has no capacity for extra guests. Rooms are serviced daily except Public Holidays. ;
Executive Twin Room. Features 1 queen-size bed, 1 single bed separated by the en suite bathroom which has a shower over a bathtub. Also included are 2 flat-screen televisions and teacoffee making facilities. Free WiFi, parking. Maximum capacity is 3 (see Policies section). Rooms are serviced daily except Public Holidays. ;
Deluxe Queen Room - Disability Access. This larger room offers more space, a bathroom with disabled-access facilities, a flat-screen TV and teacoffee making facilities. Free WiFi, parking. Please note there is no capacity for additional guests. Rooms are serviced daily except Public Holidays. ;
Executive King Room. This room is larger than than the Deluxe King Room and has a king bed, a seating area with a sofa and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
