Featuring a private balcony or courtyard, Byron Beachcomber Resort is just 80 metres from Belongil Beach. The property offers a solar-heated saltwater pool, a hot tub and free BBQ. Free covered parking is available on site.
Byron Beachcomber Resort is 5 minutes’ walk from the heart of Byron Bay, with its many shops and cafés. Arakwal National Park is a 5-minute drive, and Ballina Byron Airport is a 35-minute drive away.
All air-conditioned apartments have a kitchenette or kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Each modern apartment is decorated in neutral colours, and features flat-screen cable TV and a DVD player. Some rooms overlook the pool or gardens.
Guests can enjoy a meal in the covered barbecue area, or relax by the pool. The tour desk can arrange local activitiessurfing and snorkelling.
PLEASE NOTE: construction has commenced at 29 Shirley Street. The development site isdirectly next to us, but we have discounted our rates to reflect the potential for construction noise. If you believe the noise will negatively impact your stay, please dohesitate to contact us before making the booking. We will offer any insight and advice we can. Though we areresponsible for noise outside of our property, we wanted to make this clear toincoming guests. The site must comply withNSW noise regulations as outlined in the Protection of the Environment Operations (Noise Control) Regulation 2017.
The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.
The property doesaccept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time.
Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behaviour, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.
Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behaviour.
No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment.
All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning.
There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card.
