Budget One-Bedroom Apartment. This self-contained older-style apartment is located on the lowest level at the back of the complex. It includes a kitchenette with bar fridge, stovetop and microwave. There is also a washing machine. The separate bedroom offers a king size bed with a garden outlook. The bathroom was renovated in 2009. There is a small outdoor area off the bedroom which offers a garden and Bay Lane outlook. Please note there is no oven in this apartment.
