Shuttle service operates Mon-Friday 6:15am, 7:15am and 8:15 am only

Our cancellation policies are 48Hrs prior to the booking and cancellation fee applies if less than 48hrs.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

Customers that make a last minute booking and are arriving after 6pm and dohave the code for the key safe, we will definitely send the code for the safe on the day of your arrival. Please note that if you havereceived the code on the day, we have an after hours number on the board.
For customers that have already notified of their arrival after 6:00 pm, we will issue the key code to collect your key by email please allow at least 24hrs to get your code.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
