Boathaven Spa Resort is unable to accommodate bookings for school leavers (‘schoolies’) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests are required to present a valid credit card and valid photo ID upon check in (at least 1 guest must be 18 years of age or older). The hotel’s Terms Of Stay must be signed – no exceptions will be made. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
