Executive Heritage Spa Suite. This suite consists of a spacious bedroom with four poster bed and separate large dining room for 12 guests. It also includes a large bathroom with a deep circular spa bath. The suite offers direct access to the balcony and sea views. ;
Executive Heritage Two-Bedroom Spa Suite. This suite is located on the second floor with direct sea views. It features 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, and large bathroom with a deep circular spa bath. It offers direct access to the balcony via french doors, from both bedrooms and the sitting room. Please note that there is no elevator and this suite is only accessible via stairs. ;
Deluxe Heritage Room. This air-conditioned room boasts a balcony with sea views. It offers a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Please note we have a variety of beautiful Deluxe Heritage Rooms available that offer either direct sea views or side sea views, subject to availability. ;
Queen Heritage Room. This air-conditioned room offers a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. It also includes access to a balcony, via a hallway. Please note the Queen Heritage Standard Rooms are located at the rear of the hotel, therefore they do not have sea views available from the room. ;
Deluxe Heritage Corner Room. The spacious double room provides air conditioning, a wardrobe, a balcony with sea views as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 1 bed. ;
Deluxe Heritage Spa Room. This room features a balcony with side sea views and standard sized bath with jets. ;
Two-Bedroom Apartment - Lady Gowrie. This two-bedroom fully self-contained, beachside apartment is located just 40 metres from the Largs Pier Hotel along the esplanade. It has direct access to the beach and the famous Largs Bay jetty.
